Product management
Product management is a skill I have mastered and have grown to love it. Coordinating with partners, developers and product end users is one of the best experiences which I am looking forward to doing more of!
Website Design
I have experience in website design, development and management. The technologies I have used include HTML/CSS, Javascript, WordPress and Joomla.
Technical support
I have also learnt a lot in practice through experience in troubleshooting and fixing problems with a wide range of devices from printer to desktop computers, laptops and mobile phones
Graphic Design
Adobe Photoshop has been very fascinating to learn! I have designed amazing fliers for events, graphic content for social media and websites and beautiful apparel.
Video production
Adobe Premier is another tool I have used a lot while at Join Angola. I have recorded and edited three music videos and numerous dance classes that needed subtitles.

In my current role I conduct a thorough analysis of APIs, web pages, and web applications for potential embedding or integration into a new platform my team is developing. Utilizing tools like Jira, I proficiently create and manage tasks, fostering seamless collaboration among analysts, product designers, and programmers within the framework of agile development methods. Additionally, I actively participate in user research, employing design thinking methodologies to inform the design of software products. My responsibilities extend to collecting and scrutinizing information from various departments of the consorzium, transforming it into relevant insights for my team. I contribute to the development process by defining both functional and non-functional requirements and utilize tools such as Confluence and Microsoft Office to create and disseminate essential documents like user manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel sheets. My active involvement in brainstorming meetings and scrums further enhances our collaborative efforts, bringing valuable ideas and insights to the table.

While working for join Angola I have designed, developed and managed their website since the organization was founded in 2018. I redesigned the website once in 2020. I have gained a lot of skills in graphic designs as I produced the material for the website, social media, apparel and fliers/pamphlets for the organization's events. I enjoyed producing music videos and videos of dance classes whereby my video editing skills improved a whole lot.

I would then test and give feedback while also managing workflows for programmers All this task summed up to product quality assurance and so it it included communication management between the company and all stakeholders involved. I managed the technical support provision for developers to get problems they can understand which involved communications with the end user to under the requirements and convert them into something the developers can work with.
